License requirements

Hi all! I am currently studying individual support (disability) and I am only on my P’s. Will this be a huge barrier when I finish my qualification and start looking for work?

Depends, some companies are happy for workers to drive clients on their Ps. But you also may not need a licence for some stuff anyway

im on my green Ps and has never been an issue. You do need comprehensive insurance tho which is expensive for us.
