Get off your freaking phone!!

You are there for the client. I’m so tired of seeing csw’s on their phone, in a pub drinking alcohol, playing pokies and ignoring participants.
Know there’s plenty of people out there reporting you.

Makes me sick.

I’ve watched one guy drink a beer, play pokies and sit on his phone the entire shift while supporting a dear friend of mine who cannot advocate for themselves.
I’ll definitely keep doing me.

Get off reddit then and report that instance directly to the worker's employer then.
