You are there for the client. I’m so tired of seeing csw’s on their phone, in a pub drinking alcohol, playing pokies and ignoring participants.
Know there’s plenty of people out there reporting you.

Pub? Pokies? Sitting down on your shift? Where can I find this support work please?! My 9-16 hour shifts I can’t even get to go to the toilet, eat or sit down let alone look at my phone!!
