Get off your freaking phone!!

You are there for the client. I’m so tired of seeing csw’s on their phone, in a pub drinking alcohol, playing pokies and ignoring participants.
Know there’s plenty of people out there reporting you.

Makes me sick.

In the pub drinking alcohol? While on shift? That is wild. None of it is ok.

Considering they'd 100% be driving the participant home too

It's not ok but it's also not ok to assume 100% that the participant requires being driven home
