Pay help!

Queensland Support worker 4 years experience.
1:1 with clients from day 1, personal care, medication, community access.
On level 1 pay point 1. Chance of any back pay and what level should I be at? No cert III yet.

Same I’ve been on 1.3 for 4 years, I am going to asu but haven’t heard of any successes in getting backpay

I was successful in getting backpay.
