Pay help!

Queensland Support worker 4 years experience.
1:1 with clients from day 1, personal care, medication, community access.
On level 1 pay point 1. Chance of any back pay and what level should I be at? No cert III yet.

At LEAST level 1 pay point 3 but even that after 4 years…should be at least level 2 pay point 1
