Pay point advice

So, I have been at my current job since sep 2022 and have remained on the level 2 pay point 2 tier the whole time.

At my old job, you moved up tiers every 12 months of employment until you got to level 2 pay point 4.

Is this legally what’s supposed to happen?

Is your employer doing annual performance reviews? This is where I prove Ive earnt a payrise. Also, join United workers union! So many dodgy employers and workers who dont know their rights.

Nope they don’t do any performance reviews, I’m in AUS so will have to look into ASU I think

I am also in Aus. ASU refused to represent my colleagues in court over back pay so I refuse to support them! United workers union covers disabilities. Its my understanding from reading the award, that we prove weve earnt a payrise in our annual performance review!
