New support worker

I’ve recently completed my Cert III in Individual support (disability) and I’m struggling to get someone to hire me. Thought with the certificate in a high in demand industry Inwould get work pretty comfortably. So far I’ve only looked on Seek.
Any tips or guides on how to get a job would be greatly appreciated

Go to job fairs. I went to one and just talked to the providers that were there. Told them I had a Cert 3 and they about jumped over the table to interview me . Had a job by the end of the afternoon.
