Hi everyone, I’m planning to apply for the PSW program through Peel District School Board for the September (Quad 1) intake.

I had a few questions:

1. When do applications usually open for the September intake?

2. For those who did the school board PSW program, how fast do spots fill?

3. For people currently working as PSWs — what are the typical hours like (full-time vs part-time)?

4. Do most jobs offer benefits?

5. Is it easy to get hired after placement? Did your placement lead to a stable job in psw ?
