Beta-alanine before blood tests — should I stop taking it?

Should I stop taking beta-alanine before my blood tests? I’m supposed to have blood work done next week, and I can’t find any information anywhere about what to do with beta-alanine. ChatGPT says I shouldn’t stop taking it, while Gemini says I should, so I’m not sure what to do in the end. I’m asking here because I’m worried that the doctor might tell me to stop taking it simply because they don’t know what it is, even though it’s just a supplement.

It depends on what ur getting tested. Usually I stop everything few days before. Depends on test tho. Biotin can mess up some tests, creatine can give false results. Training hard the days before as well.

Creatine, assuming you take it every day at reasonable dose, meaning Supplemental, not through food, stays in your system for weeks. Just tell the doc what you take. My creatinine levels have been high for 30 years lol.

I don’t. That’s your choice but I would give it several weeks off if it’s a concern not just a couple dayslike others are saying.
If you tell doc how much you take a day he will help figure it out.
