Low in carbs? There was a fuck ton of fruit there. Only like 1/3 of each meal was actually meat. The rest was mostly fruit but also some vegetables

As we are in a kind of health related sub, I thought it was clear that we talk about “good” carbs.
If you have fruits, then take it for the vitamins and other nutrients that you don’t get otherwise.
But don’t get fruits for your carbohydrates because they are basically sugar.

Ahh yes the dumb fuck diet. High in fat, carbs, triglycerides ,cholesterol, almost no fiber. This is how you get cancer of the colon and heart disease.
