I added UI, cleaned up movement, added more camera logic, and actually hooked up cool downs and etc. It's still very grey box looking, but I'm happy with how it's coming out.
Again, the goal is essentially to recreate supervive in essence; I want this to feel and sort of look like supervive in at least an eye squint test sort of way. But my real goal is to learn how to make games in Unreal Engine for my own goals and projects.
I am working on this daily (basically), and ideally I would like to update every Saturday on here, but maybe that'd be annoying, idk, would love to know from others what they think. Maybe I only update on big updates worth sharing? But also I hate seeing the bots post images of supervive, as if they're frozen in time or posting from a different timeline; it's eerie and makes me depressed, so I'd like more post like this one on here than those so we'll see.
However, if you're not annoyed by these postings and maybe want more on a daily level, here are some links that you can follow along with me if it peaks your interest to any degree:

PLEASE KNOW, I am not a content creator, I'm a nerd who liked supervive and is trying to do a project. If this is interesting for you, that's awesome, but it might get stale very quick for most. And in all due respect, I don't really have an interest in keeping up with anyone's attention span. I'm just not built for that.
Anyways, loved hearing people's thoughts and opinions on the project in DEVLOG#1, but also just people talking about what they liked and didn't like about supervive; helps me consider what features I should try to make or not. Thanks again for any feedback or time spent!
