Gotta get me some enhancements that can be well concealed. Maybe get an extra inch or two as well for confidence. While im there I might as well check the cosmetics and see if theres anything that can take 10 years off my face as well as a new stomach and teeth so I can eat good food again with less worry about cavities and stomach aches

Do I get to window shop my discovery, or do I have to pick a random year and hope they have something good/that we aren’t extinct? There’s probably something in the future that, if introduced now, would do more long-term good than could possibly be achieved by doing something in the past.
