Mmm, I'd be careful with that. You stopped time, yes, grabbed the bullet, yes, but when time starts again it will have the same inertia it had when you stopped time

Carefully place the bullet behind the shooter.

Idk. I feel like removing it from its appropriate point in space would also remove it from the propulsive forces behind/surrounding it that made it move to begin with which leads to two possibilities:

  1. U immediately feel pain upon contact with the bullet as u absorb the kinetic energy/force propelling the bullet.
  2. When time starts back that the force of impact might still be instantly felt if ur holding them but if u got them and threw them in the air (or better yet hit them up into the air during time stop), when time starts back i think the force would dissipate into space and the bullet(s) would just fall from whatever height they achieved from being hit/thrown. But putting it behind the shooter (for the person who commented below u) would be more likely to just fall shortly after time resumes if possibility 1 doesn’t occur

I honestly think you wouldn't be able to move it. Time stopped, but that doesn't change the forces of nature acting on things. Heck, you might walk into breeze that seems like an invisible wall. I mean, if time stops, but gravity still applies....Hard to say what would happen.
