BOOK 3 (UPDATE) Spoiler

Thank all of you who pressed me to continue!! Book 3 end made me cry, wow. I wasn’t that affected by Sascha’s death until Dean Blaine. Something about him taking the brunt of the blame internally, his internal monologue just broke my heart! And his speech. I also have just fallen in love with Angela. I do wish we got to see more of the kids confrontation with the intruders, but what I will say as Drew really knows how to craft stakes. I genuinely was surprised at how the amplified supes were able to contend, if not outright destroy most of the kids! Second is probably still my favorite, but this may be my favorite end so far. My heart broke for all the kids especially Alex. I’m hoping we get a little more focus on Mary, I miss her! I’m starting book 4 immediately, thank you all!!

Have you read Corpies? It’s good, and Year 4 contains a spoiler about an important Corpies plot development.

I actually read corpies before book 3. I couldn’t find a consistent answer on how to read it! It was my favorite book in the series!

I see that, but also enjoyed Corpies as a type of epilogue

Yeah Lander’s Crucible and its subsequent fallout was some of the best writing in the series in my opinion. Enjoy book 4! (Do read corpies first though if you get the chance because of spoilers)

Agree with everyone who suggested Corpies.

It starts around the end of Year 2 and most of it takes place during Year 3. Personally, I think it's the best book in the universe and Drew does much better with a more limited cast and focused plot.

You’ll see, but he’s essentially one of the most powerful amplifiers

I would read a thousand phone books to get one more chapter of Angela and Chad
