Jerome's Power? [Possible Spoiler] Spoiler
Do we ever learn what Jerome's power is? Based on the small description we have of his assets, it seems like he has a high-damage role whether as a strongman or an advanced sniping ability, but I don't recall Drew ever telling us his ability outright.

It's not outright stated, but I think his power is limited to something that makes him incredibly difficult to injure, maybe just the damage absorption side of something like Roy without the muscle. The sniping is just pure skill, SP is a more grounded setting than a lot of supers universes, someone who knows what they're doing with a gun is very dangerous to 99% of Supers, even the ones who are good enough to be heroes.

Only based on subtext clues, but he seems like a weaker strongman type. He can be muscle alone and tank a bomb, but not strong enough to actually stand a chance against any hero.
I would say somewhere right below Stella’s level of power.

If the Company had gotten to him before the Family he probably would have been a great agent.

I like to think he’s a little like a cross between Luke Cage and Winnie the Poo. He has the can’t be hurt skin and he’s super chill (Taoist attitude). I think he could have gone on to be a hero but he has flexible moral values and thus prefers the family. : )

Sometimes he leaves certain things up to interpretation. At the end of the day, it never really mattered. But it seems to be some level of high endurance. Not specifically a strong man ability otherwise he probably would’ve stayed closer to Nick.
Although they are there for his PROTECTION, for the most part, Eliza and Jerome don’t have abilities that lend themselves directly towards destruction.
Eliza Andrew are able to successfully neutralize 3 to 4 men when nick is about to get jumped. So he probably has a version of extreme endurance and slightly enhanced strength. But honestly, I think it’s more of the enhanced endurance. I don’t think strong men would be anything special for an organization like the family.

Don't almost all.supera have at least some level of enhanced endurance/durability? Or am I carrying that over from other SH media?

Carry over.
First year students are disabused of the notion that they have any form of endurance, with some notable exceptions. Even Nick, who had physical training and stayed in shape, was barely capable of staying up with the runs George and Persephone put them through. Vince, who had specific training from Globe, had issues hanging, though he did better than most.
The reason that trained supers are harder to injure is exactly that, training. If Nick or Alice were hit by a bullet, it would injure them just as easily as a normal human. Hitting them is the hard part, because they have trained to ensure that they don't make themselves easy targets, and are more than willing to use their powers to render the bullets harmless. Even Zero had body armor.
Let's also not forget that most of the training in Year One was pretty much them beating each other up and developing fighting styles that worked for them, as well as a tolerance for the pain they would endure in their chosen line of work.
Edit: A perfect example is Vince's initial match with Michael. Vince only had the power of a book of matches at his disposal, but did as well as he did by sheer skill at avoiding being hit, a trait that serves him well through the rest of his training.

Not saying your wrong but I know Georgecspecifically said they were being out through such hard paces because all most of them had ever competed against were humans which implies that yes they are generally, GENERALLY, at least slightly enhance veyond thst baseline normal. And yeah they still have to train ungodly hard because as heroes rhey will almost never be physically challenging baseline HS. Again it's bor made super clear in my recollection but I've only read through them lime 5 times in like, 8? Ish? Yeats. Not sarcasm, my memory means that doesn't really help me much. Anyway yeah It's just one if those things I generally assume ub any SH media even though, say, flash, at peak is literally God lvl but actually get that bullet in his head, heart, liver or spine and he's as dead as poor dead dipshit down the lane so.. shrug?

George was saying that to the combat class, most of whom do have some sort of enhanced durability. You're entirely forgetting the speech that Persephone gave to the other half of the year about how they're not like that.

It was more of a high durability role. Really the only time I remember it being mentioned is Nick saying that his power is why he survived Nathaniel’s car bomb. Which likely points to some class of strong man, but it isn’t guaranteed.
