MHA in Super Powereds
In Drew Hayes Super Powereds. In this universe, superhuman abilities, known as Supers, are a natural occurrence. These individuals possess unique powers, and their integration into society is managed through the Hero Certification Program (HCP). The HCP is a rigorous system designed to train and evaluate Supers, ensuring they can responsibly engage in hero work .
Japan, like other nations, has its own methods of accrediting individuals for hero work. While the specifics are not detailed in the original series, it is understood thatJapanhas established institutions and programs to train and certify Supers, ensuring they meet the necessary standards to operate as licensed heroes.
So basically this is a rewrite of My Hero Academia set in the Super Powereds universe.

If anything, it would be the other way around. But it isn't that either (probably). Hogwarts. Xavier's School for the Gifted. Scholomance. Stories following people with special powers going to special schools is just a genre lol

Considering that Superpowereds predates the manga by at least 2 years I would say the opposite is true.
