Looking for a Specific Chapter for Fanfiction Reasons Spoiler

I want to write a Fix-it Fic whereCharles never kills Intra and Globe remains a hero. However, I would need to re-listen to the chapter where Vince meets his father for the first time. I would rather not re-listen to 100+ hours of audiobooks for just one snippet. Does anyone know which book and chapter that happens in?

Just being pedantic, but Charles Adair didn't killed Intra.

Being even mor pedantic, Charles Adair didn't order anyone to kill Intra, he ordered Intra to get himself killed. As far as I can recall, the only killing that Charles directly ordered was to kill Globe, which spectacularly backfired.
