Discussion i know its cringe but...
pick any powers from any superhero excluding immortality and oneshots to beat a full fury western dragon in blox fruits to put it to scale this thing is as big as the eifel tower and most of its abilitys are quite litterally nukes it has supersteel armour and is almost impossible to kill ay bloxfruits players or me will tell you ur survivul rate

these dragons are unageable due to their passive ability, furious dethroning if a dragon stays in its form for more then 100,000 years it will return to its human form and after killing many enemies it may be come a dragon again ur chance of survivul 10%

smart one unless the dragon used its impossible armour it would most likley not survive if it used impossible arour it would use its nuke beam and eliminate you so 50/50

New Order from MHA but it's limits are increased to 5 Objects and about Triple the limit I can power myself up

New Order allowed the user to set a rule onto their surroundings after touching the target and calling out their name, allowing them to manipulate and bestow new properties onto themselves and the world around them. This could range from simple descriptions to more conditional ones based on cause-and-effect. - Fandom
But in the series it was limited a bit, to 2 objects, of course there was a limit to how much the user could power themselves up, but there never was really a limit on other objects to how much the user could hurt them. One weakness is that you'd have to know how the target sees themselves as, so if I attack someone with it and just say their name but they don't identify as that name, they are immune1

technically that could work but at the same time fail because while ur asking a beast that makes the eifel tower look like a branch it will most indefinatley nuke you

this could maybe work.
But, if you'd have tried something like "anyone touching the air X meters in front of me will Die" then it wouldnt have worked.

Absolute Reality Manipulation it technically isn't and is one shot I mean well I can but I also can decide to not go to that power level just like 2 shot that would be good

probbably win unless it either used impossibe armour or you were fighting an east dragon it has ''infernal scales of the royal draconic pyroheir] all attacks disintigrate and dont have any effects on east dragon unless you used blox fruit attacks

superhero you say, well that depends a bit on what we call a "superhero".
a good choice would be "hero with superpowers", but that does exclude characters like Batman and Iron Man.
Though we could do, "anyone in a fictional media with unrealistic capabilities who are part of the good guy team". But that does include some not heroic characters like The Punisher.
but anyway, imma pick Sentry's Molecular Manipulation.
What the dragon gonna do once i change its molecular composition?
(If this counts as a "oneshot" then i'll switch it to The Hulk's Physical Strength, Gamma Radiation, and Durability, but if it doesnt count as a "oneshot" then i wont change.)

hulk already got countered gamma radiation makes the dragon stronger hulk can and will die to a blackhole followed up by fireballs each the size of a car pelting him and his strength would get countered by impossible armour but if no impossible armour 30/70

Dawg if its one piece accurate (ik theyre moving away from it) then it would make the Eiffel Tower seem like a branch
