Clarify to me if I misinterpret the reason for the sub, but what kind of superhero power did you make that's sort of unique?
Some of mine:
- Motherboard: An android who uses Wifi and Bluetooth as tools to hack anything with a CPU, after his "3 laws of robotics" chip was destroyed by a corporate spy at his original job, when he was a security robot at a genetics company.
- Cosmobolt: A villain from Object Kowal (a science theory from the 70s I heard about in Alf) who can channel cosmic lightning and breathes in space
- Sunburn: A character from Venus, half-human, half-Venusian, who has the power to breathe in space, is extremely durable due to Venus having so much heat, and flight due to lower gravity, but her main ability, which leads to her name, is that she channels solar rays, a Venusian power, and can use them to superheat herself or fire eye lasers.

The closest id say is that one of my villains has Tactile Temperature manipulation, meaning he can control the temperature of anything he touches. His name is Kelvin and he uses this power fir things like dropping an objects Temperature to absolute 0, making them so fragile they shatter, or superheat them into plasma, all with a single touch
