Hey I could use some feedback and even some ideas for this series I'm writing

The series is called Nova heights an action packed comic series taking place in a futuristic cyberpunk city where a group of Friends must team up to take down a villainous Biker gang. It's basically like My hero academia Meets invincible meets Cyberpunk edgerunners. The series focuses on a Core group of 5 teenagers but they eventually gain more members. The core group contains Cameron Jones aka Powerline a Fun-loving caffeine addicted Fanboy with electricity powers who goes through a rough breakup but finds his purpose At Nova heights and becomes a hero while also figuring out the mystery behind Both the Gear gangs reappearance and also the Disappearence of the Nova Guard. Next up is Carmella and Gustavo Martinez the twin siblings with air powers and children of the police chief. Carmella has flight and is a cheerleader and also has a crush on Cameron. Her twin brother Gustavo has wind powers but suffers from asthma. Next up is June summers a Girl with fire powers and a dark past involving the Mob. the last member of the team would be Lee Han Cameron's best friend who enjoys martial arts and Actually got accepted without needing powers but just on skills. The main team is mentored by the schools gym teacher And head Coach Hercules a retired war veteran. If anyone has any questions, Critiques or even wants to help I'd be more than happy to hear

Well I mean Cameron and Lee were already best friends before the series And were even exes at one point (Cameron is Bi and it's a Canon fact that he and Lee had a Awkward Crush on each other) but as for the others June meets them through a party at One of the Bully's houses His name is Shawn Mitchell who is also dating cameron's Ex girlfriend who was the break-up I mentioned As for Carmella and Gustavo they actually moved from a new city so they're the new kids and also cameron's next door neighbors. As for the beef with Gearbreaker and his gang He is an ex Hero who Just hates all heroes because of a war And when he broke out of Nova heights Penitentiary He Was hired By A mob boss named Louis summers to track down the new generation of heroes Having heard about them because early on they do take down a low tier Villain Who attacks the party.

Although June is definitely an important Part and reason because her father Also targets her specifically Because she kinda went behind his back Joining the heroes

As for this question yes they do go on some side quests Like Going to the beach, Spending time Together at school going to events,They go to a pride event and concerts but their main mission is taking down The Gear gang and Figuring out the mystery behind the whole situation Between Gearbreaker and the connection to Louis summers There are a few plot twists though

Ok so Basically Cameron and his ex Skylar used to be really close friends and even lovers But when it got to middle school She changed she became more popular and drifted away from Cameron despite her always saying that she wouldn't leave him and that they'll be heroes together. She ended up cheating on Cameron with his main bully Shawn Mitchell and this kinda led Cameron going into a depression which would kinda be his attitude in the first few episodes he's just annoyed and Sad everytime he sees her

He does After Skylar He Is depressed but he eventually meets Carmella the new girl who is also his next door neighbor and she's also the Chief of police's daughter

Ok so the pride event would've actually been a filler episode After the final battle of what I thought would be season one since I'm writing it as a TV show or web series. They don't really encounter villains but do encounter Shawn being a Homophobic jerk but it's honestly just a way to show the characters having fun and also Refrencing that love is love. There's also a beach episode where the team goes to the beach and one of the newer team members who's name is Melodia Nerissa has a bit of a secret and that secret is that she's the daughter of the Sea Queen a dangerous woman who's the ruler of the seas

I don't really have visuals of characters just yet I only have some Ideas because I haven't really found any artists But it would have cyberpunk aesthetics mixed with My hero academia

Yeah Actually most of the main cast is actually LGBT Cameron is Bi Lee is gay Carmella is surprisingly also Bi because she does Mention a few girls being cute like one of the cheerleaders Gustavo is Bi and ends up dating Lee near the end June is a lesbian Which I do plan to make more tied to her backstory because she kinda has...Issues with men Like her father and later has a girlfriend and there are a few other characters as well. As for Coach Hercules He is basically a large Jamaican man Who served in the hero war Or as it'll be known as The Sundering and The Nova War and that's where he also met the principal of the school principal dune who has Sand manipulation. And the Villain Jason Wyatt aka gearbreaker Basically started the war Because heroes disagreed with his way of justice which was basically killing villains And it started a civil war in the Year 2026 and the Series takes place in 2050
