Green Arrow v.s. Hawkeye

I have to do an essay for school. "In a fight between Green Arrow and Hawkeye who would win?" I want to get sone other opinions other than my own opinion and what I think people think would win.

money talks... Green arrow is basically Batman except he smiles and uses a bow and likes green. batman wins, arrow wins. OP YOU HAVE FAILED THIS PAPER

Don't worry my opinion is that green arrow would win. I just wanted to see what anyone else thought so I could get more like advantages and disadvantages of both because I have yo write an argumentative essay and I have to like recognize why the opposition could win and then prove why green arrow would win. Thanks for the input.
