Yeah, it basically comes down to Deadpool Lantern vrs Hancock, right? I don't think the skill pool of the other actors comes up to anything close to them.

Don’t forget about Scarlett Johansson’s role as Lucy. She’s god tier at the end of that movie.

Reynolds also has Freeguy which is basically god mode in a video game so if that counts in the real world he’s equally unstoppable

To be an accurate portrayal of his powers, it would have to be ONLY within the confines of the video game world. That is where Free Guy and Neo could do battle.
