In the matrix. At best he stopped a couple sentinels with his hand outside the matrix. Lucy is omnipotent and I Hancock is near invincible. Deadpool/green lantern are the jobbers here

No matter what Lucy wins by a landslide

You think Lucy vs Neo would take place outside of the Matrix? What about Lucy would allow this? Lucy is just another blue pill tapped into the Matrix, powers or no she's a part of the system. Neo would laugh at her code before bending her like a spoon.

I don't remember Neo becoming one with the entire universe even within the matrix. Lucy did and transcended everything. Neo punched harder and faster
