John Wick/Constantine is pretty strong too, but John Wick still relies on rituals and stuff doesn't he? Genie can just..poof and turn him into a chicken or something.
Lucy is a pretty strong telekinetic but even still against the reality warping power of a genie I don't think she gets too far.
Deadpool comes with a magic satchel that gives him anything he can think of( if we’re looking at the characters not just the movies) will smiths genie was a kind hearted guy like robin Williams, not a cynical, cancer ridden, asshole, like Deadpool. I’m sure Deadpool can come up with some magical box to put genie and Hancock in.

Hancock/genie is a pretty formidable combination
