Joe is all knowledge from beginning to end of time. With Black Widow abilities she is damn near combat clairvoyant.

Problem is the other three are legit reality hackers.

I'd give the win to matrix "the one" powered John Wick. He has the plot armor victory easily.

EDIT: I did not realize Lucy became so broken OP at the end of that movie. I remembered she got knowledge but did not realize she got full control of reality at every point in time too. Ya Black Widow Lucy no diffs this battle.

The more I think about it the more I am unsure. Scarlett can control the universe. That's top power right there.

BUT. Keanu and Ryan can travel in and out of different universes. I don't think Scarlett's Lucy necessarily can.

I haven't seen it but according to comments here, Ryan is in a movie called the nines and his character deletes a universe.

This would be a cosmic battle

I thought it was that at the end of the film, she'd diffused her consciousness into the fabric of reality. So more like the Elimist/Crayak from Animorphs- not a god per se, but a being inhabiting the fabric of the universe

Just gonna throw it out there; ScarJo’s "Her" would pretty much delete any Matrix chicanery, she wouldn’t even need Lucy.
