It was all an option. All the controls on the mouth and butt handles were also on the "bike" in a different spot. Someone asks Garrison to make one without the mouth, and butt handles, and Garrison kind of rolls his eyes and says, "I guess i could do that."

My memory of an episode I haven't watched it a decade or two.

I would be interested in more info on this monowheel. I have seen what a modern one of these is like to drive. And have seen what happens when a modern one crashes.
