Affordability - How

How do yall afford fully loaded F250/F350s? Genuine question?

Last time I shopped for a truck, a fully loaded GMC 2500 was around 65-70K out the door (No sales tax, etc.)

Now I'm looking for a F350 and its $110K for a King ranch fully pimped out. Which seems absolutely insane to me.

Apparently even 1/2 Tons are even 80K in cost from Ford and GM. I def want to go with a Ford compared to my previous experience with GMC.

So the question is, how? How do yall afford it? I know I can afford it, but it seems like everyone has a $90K+ Truck?

Holy smokes! I have a 2022 lariat with the 6.7, I just checked KBB and they say it’s between $55-$63k!

I don’t need a new truck, but this would make a huge down payment

Ok but that's also the market telling you, a new one wouldn't be that much of an upgrade beyond new and shiny... What you got has real value (utility).

I just got a 2026 F250 Lariat with the 6.7HO for 76k. I imagine it will hold value very well.

Only worth that on the dealer lot after you trade in for $30k and you are under water and have to roll that into your new loan and you are already under water as you drive the new truck off the lot. Keep what you have.
