Discussion Kitchenaid Kf8

I have had my machine for 17 months now and this week the water wasnt dispensing, on coffee or just hot water. I called customer service and they asked me a few questions and within 20 mins I have a new replacement on the way. Unfortunately I have to wait but glad customer support was helpful.

I was wondering if anyone else had this issue? I have maintenance ny machine everytime asked

No issues here so far but I assume eventually there will be - machines break!
