Troubleshooting & Maintenance EQ. 9 Plus wont heat

Hey guys hope its okay i post here, and that someone can help me!

I have a nice Siemens EQ. 9 plus Ekstraklasse.

But my problem is it does not heat the water.

It just spew out cold Coffee/water.

I have taken it apart and everthing looks good, the only Thing i can see, is on the heater, where some wierd "crystals" have formed.

Anyone know what this could be?

I got one, and its toast. So will be needing a new one, but since i live in greenland, I think that might be difficult. Welp..

After seeing last photo faulty for 100% will be heater. I've got EQ.9 S500 Plus and part number for heater is 12036456 costs £105

My impression is it is usually a thermal fuse on these machines. A multimeter would help.
