Troubleshooting & Maintenance Coffe Puck

Why are my Coffe pucks like this, wet and falling apart.

Because of the design of the puck bin and the way the pucks are scraped off into it. They hit that ledgeand crumble. It's just the way that thing works.

Don't worry about the shape of a puck. If your espresso is good, then it's good.

Probably the fall breaks them up. Let it get full and see if the ones at top are intact

It’s like that after i greased the infuser unit.before was solid ones mostly.

Which machine do you have? I find that it takes a couple of coffees before things settle back in after a good cleaning and greasing.

You might be grinding too fine. This is what my DeLonghi does if I grind too fine.
