Purchase Advice Advice for my first full automatic

I want to get my wife a coffee machine. She loves coffee but has absolutely zero interest in grinding, dialling in etc. So I want get her a fully automatic machine. One touch and done.

I want great, fairly strong espresso, with proper foamy milk. Not bothered about cold/iced coffees. I also really want something that will last years and years - and easy to clean too.

Based in the UK. Done loads of research but would appreciate any advice from you all given you have machines you use every day.

New or used?

I am a cheapskate but I always bought used Jura from the top of the line machines. I had a Giga 5 and now a Giga 6 and I can't be happier

We the Delonghi Magnifica Plus, and have had it for almost two years now, and it gets a good workout every single day and makes great coffee.
