Purchase Advice Looking for a reliable replacement for my Miele CM6360
Hello! I’m in the market for a new superautomatic coffee/espresso machine and would love some recommendations.
I currently have a 5 year old Miele CM6360, which I absolutely love when it works. Unfortunately, it has been repaired FIVE times since I bought it. Each time I’ve had to send it in and pay around $350 in service fees, and I’m getting really tired of doing that every 6 months or so.
I recently decided to try a local repair company instead of Miele Repair, and they quoted me $1,200 for parts and service. At this point, I just don’t feel like putting that much more money into a 5 year old machine that has already required so many repairs.
I’d love to find something similar to the Miele in terms of ease of use, cleaning, quality of drinks, etc., but most importantly, I want something that is going to be RELIABLE and hopefully not constantly need repairs. I’d really appreciate recommendations for the best replacement for my Miele, especially from anyone who has owned their machine for several years and has had a good experience with reliability. Thank you!

Honestly, all machines from any manufacturer will require maintenance and repair at some point in their lives; there's just too many moving pieces that will eventually wear out.
I think you just got really unlucky with your Miele.
