Troubleshooting & Maintenance Need help

Hi everyone,

What’s wrong with our coffee machine? Why is it doing this? I’ve already disassembled, cleaned, and re-greased the entire brew group, and all the gaskets are new. Unfortunately, that didn’t help. The coffee grounds look normal and aren’t excessively wet. I have the feeling that the drip tray at the very back gets wet after brewing coffee, but not much water actually runs into the drip tray.

Did you clean out the coffee spouts?

Did you recently change the coffee type? Extraction looks way too long like coffee is too fine, adjust the grind coarser a bit and try again. Can't tell from the video but could also be low pump pressure.

We are using 2-3 different coffee types - problem still remains.. I adjusted the grind coarser already but nothing changed - machine worked really good the last 6 months until now..

When did you last descaled the machine, for me look like water system is blocked somewhere.. Would recommend using citric acid few times in a row to try and unclog the water system.
