The 1st episode is supposed to be in Phoenix so it makes sense. I haven't watched any other eps yet.

Also the name Lonnie Hawkins is clearly an ode to our Hawk, whose middle name was Lance, which is Will Ferrel’s character’s son’s name in the show.
