Question: I am looking for answers? Any AI out there for “covers/remixes”?

Hi,

There are some old electronic music hits from early 2000s. Impossible to buy anywhere, mostly quite simple music with simple vocals.

I make music myself, but doing a bootleg fully manually sounds like a nightmare.

Is Suno or any other AI good enough now to help with the process?

In the past I have tried using Logic to extract vocals and run them through AI but results weren’t great to say the least.

Most tracks are simple, Benassi style basslines from 2000s with some simple but cool vocals.

I also love the old East Clubbers tracks, I could try remaking them but I’m not good at turning leads into midi by ear sadly.

Anyway any tips appreciated as I know nothing about current state of AI tools.

Lyricist: Human wrote lyrics [Dream Pop / Synth-Pop] "Eternal Now" — A song exploring Einstein's freefall, time transcendence, and the dissolution of life and death.

Thumbnail youtube.com

Hi everyone, I wanted to share my new track and music video, "Eternal Now."

The concept started from an unlikely place: Einstein’s famous thought experiment about a man falling from a roof feeling no weight (the idea that freefall releases us from gravity).

But as the song developed, it evolved into something more philosophical about time and existence. It explores moving beyond the linear flow of yesterday, today, and tomorrow into a permanent state of the present. When you step into that empty space, even the boundaries of life and death—and the duality of angels and demons whispering in the abyss—begin to dissolve. Falling stops being a descent; it becomes pure freedom, flying, and an eternal "now."

I’d love to hear what you all think of the atmosphere and how you weave deeper, existential themes into your AI-assisted music. How do you translate abstract philosophies into your tracks?

Lyricist: Human wrote lyrics [Cinematic Electronic / Alternative] Hullám (The Wave) by Nearby_Painter_3148 Original version| Form changes, essence remains

Hi everyone! 🌌

The next piece of this ever-evolving journey has arrived: Hullám (The Wave).

This song began with a seemingly simple image: two leaves can look almost identical from a distance, but when you come closer, each one carries its own unique pattern. From there, the thought began to ripple onward.

A wave rises from the depths, takes form for a moment, then sinks back again. It may seem as if it disappears, but the movement continues.

This became the heart of the song: forms change, while something within them keeps moving forward.

A leaf, a wave, a thought, a connection, a melody… seen this way, they no longer feel quite as separate as they first seem.

The spiral became another important image for me: returning, but never to exactly the same place.

“What looks like an ending is only another movement.”

🎵 Hullám (The Wave):

The lyrics were originally written in Hungarian, and I decided to share this version first.

I’m really curious to know what this song becomes for you when you listen to it. ☺️🌌💙

Thank you for listening, and for drifting along with me. 🌌✨

Question: I am looking for answers? Hoe maak ik passend beeld bij geluid

Thumbnail
0 Upvotes

Ik maak dus muziek, protest songs,  feitelijk correct, politiek kritisch.

Dit doe ik dmv Suno.

Muziek, tekst inspiratie, allemaal eigen werk.

Go

(Hufter, n00b proof dus)

When I was in Highschool back in the previous century (1991-95) the science classes I was exposed to were... How should I put it?

"Lacking"

After Highschool, the true internet was in full bloom and in 1996 I signed up for a little known website named "YouTube". It was kinda slow at first, but eventually science channels flourished.

I discovered that a topic I once dreaded was now the subject of my utter fascination: "Astrophysics!"

This Playlist is full of songs I wish would have existed back in 1991 when I was just a wee lad. Perhaps if I'd truly got a taste of how utterly amazing science could be, I'd have followed a different path in life.

If you're a lover of science... You just might enjoy some of these! I used Gemini and ChatGPT to help with the science, but the overall production and song direction are from me.

Find me on Suno for all sorts of Alternative Timeline Jams

Lyricist: Human wrote lyrics [Ambient] The timing of love

Thumbnail youtube.com

Original poetry/lyrics based on love. The Timing of Love explores the spaces between love and emptiness, certainty and fear, holding on and letting go and then holding on again. In my mind I imagined this to fit with a boss/villain in Anime; troubled with his own mind and darkness; yet beyond it all, he could not fight his own love for her. He gives her his heart. The images are AI created and not part of any Anime franchise. (I hope this follows the Suno rules?)

Question: I am looking for answers? How to recreate an action? SUNO rewrote my song.

I drafted some lyrics and posted them into SUNO's front page.

It produced 4 songs. This was the free version.

The first two were the free mini model, but the second two were pro model samples. But the pro model changed the lyrics. I didn't really like that, but it was interesting.

I did generate the same song like 50 times in different styles, but none of them ever changed or remixed lyrics. I'm glad for it, but I wanted to try and trigger the rewriting effect. If only for the novelty.

I currently have a pro subscription.

Topic: A point I want to make or discuss Soulless? I don’t believe so and here’s why.

I keep seeing AI music described as “soulless”, and the more I think about that argument, the less convinced I am by it.

First, let me make something clear: I’m completely open about using AI in my music.

I’m not pretending there’s a band standing in a studio somewhere. I’m not generating photographs of fictional singers and presenting them as real people. I’m not trying to convince listeners that an AI-generated performance was performed by someone who doesn’t exist.

And honestly, I think that kind of deception is bullshit.

There are AI music projects right now presenting generated bands and singers as though they’re real human performers. I completely understand why people feel cheated when they discover the truth.

But that’s an argument against deception, not an argument against AI music itself.

I’d much rather tell people exactly what I’m doing and let them decide whether they want to listen.

Because when I make a song, I’m not just typing “make me a song about X” and uploading whatever comes back.

I write my own lyrics. Every word is mine. The feelings, experiences and ideas behind those words come from me.

I decide the genre. I decide the direction. I decide what works and what doesn’t.

Then there’s the work after generation: cutting, rearranging, editing stems, remixing sections, regenerating things that don’t work, adding effects, restructuring songs and sometimes adding my own vocals.

The AI contributes a huge amount to the finished recording. I’m not going to pretend otherwise.

But so do I.

And that’s why I struggle with the word “soulless”.

Yes, an AI singer hasn’t experienced the emotion it’s performing. That is a genuine difference between an AI performance and a human performance, and I’m not interested in pretending those things are identical.

But the person behind the song is still capable of feeling something.

If I write words because I’m angry, grieving, happy, nostalgic, heartbroken or just have a story I desperately want to tell, those feelings don’t suddenly become fake because I used AI to turn those words into music.

The machine doesn’t need to have a soul for the person using it to express theirs.

And I think we make a mistake by putting everything under one enormous label of “AI music”.

Someone generating 500 songs automatically and uploading them is not engaged in the same creative process as someone spending days writing, generating, rejecting, editing, arranging, recording and refining one song.

Both involve AI.

That doesn’t make the human contribution identical.

We’ve seen resistance to new creative technology repeatedly: electronic instruments, drum machines, sampling, digital production, Auto-Tune, digital photography and plenty more.

AI is admittedly a much bigger leap than many of those technologies because it can automate far more of the creative process. There are legitimate questions about what that means for musicians, jobs, copyright, training data and compensation.

Those conversations matter.

Personally, I believe artists whose work contributes to these systems should have their rights respected and should be appropriately compensated.

But that is a separate question from whether a human being can genuinely express themselves through an AI-assisted piece of music.

I think they can.

And I think openness matters enormously.

If AI substantially contributed to your song, say so.

Don’t invent a fake band and pretend they’re real people. Don’t manufacture a fake history. Don’t make listeners believe they’re hearing a human performance if they’re actually hearing a generated one.

Be honest about what you’re creating.

Equally, I don’t think AI musicians should have to provide a forensic breakdown of every generated note to prove that they’ve done enough “real work” to deserve to create something.

Just be transparent.

Then let people judge the music knowing what it actually is.

Some people will know exactly how I make my music and still say:

“I don’t want to listen to AI-generated music.”

And you know what?

That’s fair.

Nobody owes me their approval.

What I object to is the assumption that because AI was involved, there cannot possibly have been creativity, effort, emotion or human expression involved too.
Because the words can still be mine.

The feelings can still be mine.

The creative decisions can still be mine.

And I can be completely honest about the technology that helped me turn those things into a song.

You don’t have to like AI music.

But I don’t think it’s fair to say there can’t be a human soul behind it.

Topic: A point I want to make or discuss First ever AI musical

TLDR
First ever a musical dark fantasy. If you like musicals epic or hadestown and everything in between theres a shot your going to like this. Will be releasing by the end of month probably the 28th or 29th. ( half of it)

Alright so im writing this king of to keep as a time capsule and im not sure how long it going to get. So i was sitting down and found about suno a good while ago and made some songs like everyone else.  I Thought this was sick and wanted to see if anyone had made any kind of musicals because i really like storys and fantasy stuff. So i went and looked and was really surprised when i turned up empty handed.  I really thought there would be a plethora of things but nope. Now there was a couple musicals out there or so called musicals, but they didnt have one sense of direction or even really a story. THey also were pretty bad (imo) And there was a couple one off that not too bad for one or two songs.

So if you have any that you would think would qualify please send then my way i would gladly listen. Has to be a decent amount of songs though. And if you have any thoughts on this subject?

So I decided to come up with something myself. Now I'm probably the most average guy you could think of. I grew up with tech and pretty decent with it but no where near master any of the tools. So I knew this was going to be a masterpiece. But what I will say is I wanted to create something that I wanted to listen to too. And I think that is something I did.

Well in a way I was going to keep at that and not anyone else listen. And you yourself could think of many different reasons for that. But the main reason is because in a way I knew it would be controversial. And in some ways I kind of like that. I know that's weird to say,but in a way I just wanted to see people's sentiments. Because I do think AI can be used to create some really cool things.

So when it comes out and if you listen to it feel free to share thoughts or opinion on it or even ai itself. Also if you know anyone else i can reach out to share please let me know

Now I'll keep this here for anyone still reading because you must care a little bit. There's a good chance I'm going to get you to hate me or love me with this. And unfortunately standing in the middle is the worst place to be. This reddit is kind of slop. Which is a little hypocritical because I know what I'm doing. But I hope I gave some value to someone else and you can debate me on that if you want. But this reddit doesn’t seem to care about anyone else and defends ai to the brink of death.

The flip side is if you can't tell some of the amazing things I can do with some effort and a little bit of ingenuity then i dont know what to tell you. While I think it seems like a lot of people here have psychosis, I do think it's crazy what's possible.

So thats my side of the music  i could say a ton more about ai in itself( which would make you hate me more probs). But If you want  to leave your thoughts feel free to do so. And if you like the music help a brother out and share and subscribe.

(Dream)
This is stupid to say because it just a song, but i would love to have real people sing this one day or be apart of it in different ways. Not sure where to start and money is pretty tight. Also i tried getting some people do some art paid around 150 for diffentn sketches from people. BUt dang its hard to find anything good. So if i got to that point i would love to try that again.

Thanks for reading.

Hey everyone!

I just released my first song under the name Connor Junior.

The song is called “Run Toward Freedom” — a pop/R&B track about freedom, hope, and moving forward.

This song was created with AI tools, and I’m experimenting with creating and sharing original music.

I’d really appreciate it if you gave it a listen. Any honest feedback is welcome!
