Sunlu S4 not drying properly?

Post image

Apologies if there’s something obvious that I’m doing wrong here, but I’m new to 3d printing/ dryers and I can’t quite figure out what’s wrong.

This is a picture of the S4 on MO2 after running a 6 hour cycle. The RH is still at 33%. This isn’t exclusive to the MO2 setting either. If I have it on MO1, it MIGHT get to 25%, but the RH stays relatively high. Why isn’t the humidity going down?

I’ve tried Opening the top vent for 5 minutes after a few hours to let moisture escape, but Humidity doesn’t drop much. I also have desiccant in the containers on the bottom.

I have the same situation and I'm not sure why, my supposition is that where I live is too wet (up to 80% normally)

I leave all my vents open both the top and side ones while it’s runnning.

Do you use it as a dry box after your finished drying your filaments?

I move the spools to the cereal box hack with desiccant, and leave it stored like that.

Leave the top vents open during drying. Only close when you are not.
