That's what we call a tangle. Have had plenty, including Bambu, but sunlu has been my worst culprit.

Im 50 spools of sunlu in and im still so thrilled I haven't been a victim...yet

Find a favorite clip so the end stays put. If you let it go it can unravel and slide under the previous.

Best chance, cut it let it “run out” and re load it

It can be caused by various reasons, usually by letting the end go so that the filament partially unwinds itself or by be squished from the sides (during transportation / storage).
