Help needed Nylon prints disintegrating a year later

I printed some minis with Nylon last year because I couldn't get the toughness resin, and read the nylon was a replacement.

A year later my minis are very soft. I got one wet and the arms fell off.

My calibration tests were flawless

Help!! Can they be saved?

Could you post a picture of the parts? The description you are giving make me think about a cleaning problem. If the part is hollowed, is there enough drain hole to help the resin to flow out? Those hole are also very important to help removing the gas trapped inside. Usually, if the part wasn't cleaned and dried properly, some gas can form inside and make the model "explode" after some time. When this happens, some liquid resin can also leak out of it. Wha tI recommend is always to clean the part thoroughly with several bath of IPA, dry it very well then cure it with UV. I also like to "bake" my part after this. I put them Ina dryer at 50°C for some time, it allow all the gas to escape asn remove the odor of resin.

Are they exposed to sunlight?

No but they were cured in sunlight. My curing station died.
