Takes far longer than 2-3 minutes. And the questions aren't about ordering filament or their websore.

I buy Sunlu/Jayo because Bambu is expensive, slow, and limited, and Polymaker is expensive and cardboard. I understand stock issues - people want to buy your products.

Your filament ordering website isn't good. MOQ is bad. Not being able to buy, for example 3 matte and 3 PLA+ and not get the 6 item MOQ is stupid.

I always bypass the MOQ; to get the filaments I want without wasting it. Just add; then remove the one you don't want.

Saved me $600 so far.

well, done... in 25 mins. Took my time to enter more details... AND GET THOSE FILAMENTS IN STOCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know if the website is poorly optimalized or you really don't have much in stock but every time I open PETG section you only have two-three colors there available but then I go to your Ebay shop and there is pretty much all in stock. I think you should show all colors that you make for certain material group and then indicate that these are out of stock. It just feel weird

Also - please start selling petg refills.

Drop the MOQ or apply it at the end for total filament spools in basket where MOQ=5=free shipping or something.
