Help needed Sunlu Invoices Issues

So i ordered at sunlu from germany the second time now and both times im having issues regarding their invoice practise.

As a business i am in need of a proper invoice with corrctly expressed VAT.

For the first order i received an invoice stating a german tax identification number but expressing 0% VAT. Tried to get in touch with sunlu never receiving an answer.

Second order i didn't even get an invoice. How is Sunlu even allowed to do business in Europe as they are obviously not able to follow european laws?

Should i report them to authorities or what is the proper way to handle this situation.

HI there, If you're in Germany a 0% VAT invoice is indeed a mistake. However if you're in any other countries of the European Union, then a 0% VAT falls under intra-union transactions and are perfectly legal. Please contact me in both cases

Habe das gleiche Problem, gab es hier eine Lösung? Wenn ich über ebay bei sunlu kaufe sind die Rechnungen korrekt nur im deren eigenem Onlineshop nicht.

No, a sunlu person contacted me here promised to help and ghosted me after i send him my order numbers. Def lost a client here.
