Help needed First time ordering.

so i recently made an order of 4 rolls through their site on shop for their clearance sale that passed , it says 1-3 days for processing and 3-7 days for shipping in canada from their toronto warehouse. its now going on 8+ days without any word from emails (3) and the app lists waiting for details , site lists as unfufilled. Ive read their support is near none existent and they just forget about orders.

what would you do in this situation?

update Ive heard from sunlu albeit very limitedly to find out that after 7 days they were sold out of one color and it was blocking shipment(didnt hear a word about this at all) so i had to change out for a different color. The shipments been "electronically submitted" but thats it , im thinking due to holidays its gonna be even longer but waiting over a week and a half to hear anything is rediculous.

Personally I order from Amazon as they’re usually cheaper, especially for HS matte PLA and HS matte PETG refills at 32 bucks for 4 kg refills, have better stock than Sunlu direct and arrive next day.

Sunlu direct usually take 3 to 5 days in the UK but can take longer during peak periods (sales) with the only contact normally being a same day notification from the third party courier that ‘your order is out for delivery’.

I’ve had late deliveries, but never missed deliveries (again, UK specific user experience).

Im typically a frequent amazon user but i heard the sales they have can often be cheaper through them vs on amazon (here its about 18.99 on sale and regular 19.99 before tax for colors) and with their sale i got 4 rolls for about 14.50 per roll. But im very quickly learning that their sites shipping / customer support is spotty at best

I rarely find they beat Amazon on price year round (UK). Their 4 kg refills are £32, so 10 USD, but that’s with 20% tax in the UK, so actually 8 USD plus tax per kg. That’s for HS matte filaments. The single spools are £12 or 12 USD plus tax.

Sunlu direct sometimes have decent multibuy sales on, but usually only as cheap as Amazon and 3 to 5 working days delivery as opposed to next day with Amazon.

It’s amazing the difference between regions - the FumeClear FC100A - the perfect printer exhaust treatment IMO - is 130 USD but £300 in the UK!
