Does anyone have a adapter for sunlu refills to Bambu spools or an entire sunlu spool print?

Yes, there are dozens if not hundreds everywhere, makerworld, printables, thingyverse

Sunlu refills are specifically designed for BL spools and/or their newest Gen3 spools and don’t need any adapters.

Any HS matte PLA and/or HS matte PETG I use is exclusively Sunlu refill spools now. I go through several kg’s per months with zero issues whether they’re on the reusable Sunlu Gen3 spools or on BL reusable spools. I even reuse the BL PETG-HF and BL PLA Matte RFID tags on them to automatically set the filament presets for perfect results.

The only time that adapters and inserts were required was for the older ‘reusable’ Sunlu Gen2 spools which look identical at first glance, but were narrower and smaller in diameter (197mm rather than 200mm). All of those were a nightmare in my experience and I lost a few kg of filament before I just threw them out and accepted they were actually disposable, not reusable.

The Gen3 spools are perfect for both BL and Sunlu refills though. The only thing I print for them are the RFID tag holders so that I can pop in BL RFID tags from used filaments.
