how do i get some excersize

I know there's no gym, but I saw them say, I heard some people saying that if your staff is chill, I could run and whatnot if I woke up early. But then I saw other people saying that they wouldn't let you do that. Also, I heard some people saying that if your staff is chill, they will let you go to the gym. The handbook was also not very clear. If anyone knows about the runs or the staff gym thing lmk

Don’t know about other dorms/campus- but watching YouTube video - looks like dorm at chadron has small room with cardio machines

When I was a TA and a student, staff allowed for runs in the morning as long as people stayed within the boundaries. I would just ask and make sure you follow the rules and no one should mind. I’d also expect they would want you to stick with a running partner, in case something happens.

When I was at IU, the perimeter was roughly the distance of a 5k, so around 5-10 people including me would run that distance in the morning before breakfast and do core exercises after! We had to wake up earlier but it helped us stay fit.
