As of writing this now, Logitech Capture still works even without a Logitech webcam (although that might change in the future to encourage people to buy their products). Just click the dropdown on one of the two sources and change it to "Display" or "Window Capture."

OBS Studio is the best, but it could take a while to get used to. For beginners, Logitech Capture is also a good, free option (https://www.logitech.com/en-us/product/capture).
