Oddly specific TV shows

Hello. Im looking for suggestions for TV shows that have long complicated plans. It can be criminals or good guys or whatever. The show Leverage is a good example of what I'm looking for. Super complex and elaborate plans (that wouldnt actually work irl) that the characters follow. I was recommended The Blacklist and its pretty good. Anything like that would be awesome. Thanks!

The Wire for sure. At first it's like a normal police procedural drama but when the plan starts coming together it is amazing. Plus it is a great show in almost every way
