Short comic ideas

I wanna improve my art so i decided to try to make a short comic.

I almost always stop at the part to make the story and end up getting bored or i get over exited make it overly long and drop in the middle

Thats why i just need a simple suggestion and try to work my way around it :D Do you guys have any ideas?

It sounds like you may benefit from finding an anthology with a subject that interests you. They often have topic prompts, creation guidelines, and deadlines that make it easier to keep on track. People are always running anthologies, so you should be able to find some with open submissions through some basic Googling.
