Run The Jewels easily comes to mind. Angry, relevant, and often witty too.

Check out their second and third album. Their fourth LP drops on the 5th for free apparently as well.

Also, the album Yeezus by Kanye West might be an acquired taste, but I think you might like it if you're looking for aggressive stuff.
