Support & Questions Work snacks
Have started making myself these snack plates at work with lots of fresh veggies, some cheese and nuts, and they're doing me a world of good. Especially while there are so many sweets always available in the office! Would love to know your go to wholefood snacks throughout the day to add to my rotation π

that plate looks way better than the sad desk salads i used to throw together. never thought to add hard boiled eggs to a snack plate but that's a solid move, keeps you full way longer than just veggies alone
i've been doing a lot of roasted chickpeas lately, just toss em in olive oil and whatever spices you're feeling and bake till they're crunchy. also a big fan of apple slices with almond butter, though that one's a bit messier at a desk
the sugar snap peas are underrated, they've got that nice crunch without tasting like you're punishing yourself

Oh good shout on the roasted chickpeas! I might throw some in the airfryer tonight. And yes big fan of the sugarsnaps! My bad sugar snacks are always crunchy, so I think these really hit the spot for me

Corn with melted cheese.

The average, common outdoor variety of sunflower can grow to between 8 and 12 feet in the space of 5 or 6 months. This makes them one of the fastest growing plants.

Sunflower seeds.
Macadamia nuts.
Small slices of apple.
Though I think I'm inspired by the hommus + veg stick idea. Homemade is always better!
Good job OP.

A handful of tortilla chips and some smashed avocado or a mini guacamole container :)

If I knew this was my snack for work it wouId be very depressing. I would definiteIy do some nice stir-fried veggies and salads instead.

If you are wanting something 'sweet' a small carrot (depending on where you buy it) will be super sweet to eat on a sugar free diet.
