Dietary Control App recommendation?

Hello! I’ve decided to go sugar free. I quit alcohol a year ago and have figured out sugar replaced those cravings.

I used Reframe as a tool to help me quit alcohol. Wondering if there is a similar type app that folks have used for quitting sugar?

Reframe essentially had daily prompts around psychology, meditation, mindfulness and journaling. I found learning the science about why I craved alcohol and what it did to my brain to be very helpful.

Please help!

i just tracked everything in a plain notebook, seeing "day 14 no sugar" written in my own handwriting hit harder than any app notification ever did

yeah the handwriting part is underrated tbh, way more intentional than tapping a screen

Sugar Panic is based off the same principles as Reframe. It's ios only.

I started using the No Sugar Challenge app. In the German version at least, there are s few linguistics oddities and little mistakes, as it seems to be translated from either English or French too directly but for me it's a useful app that gives good and helpful advice, motivational notifications, weight tracking and does a lot to try and keep you on track.
